At Balance Studio we have it covered. Heated and non-heated classes for every body, every mind and every mood. All classes are multi-levelled so if you're after a strengthening workout, crave that muscle burn or would like a full range stretch our instructors will offer you options to suit your body and fitness level throughout each and every class.

Doors open 15 minutes prior to class. Please bring your own mat and bottle of water. Bare feet for all classes. We look forward to seeing you at the studio!
Pilates Focus / Hot Pilates Focus*
Utilising the mat and various equipment this creative sequence combining Pilates with Yoga will definitely have you feeling the burn without stressing the joints. This class is low-impact and allows for attention alignment and form.

Discover the burn of an intense full body workout with the elegance of Barre. Barre Burn combines the elements of Pilates and Dance to create a dynamic, low-impact class to strengthen your core and sculpt the entire body. Feel every muscle burn!
Combine shadow-boxing, HIIT and strong ab work this 45 minute class is designed to increase endurance, strength and speed.

Pilates Sculpt / Hot Pilates Sculpt*
Be prepared to sweat in this 45 minute intense full-body workout combining Pilates and High Intensity Interval Training. We work through a series of low-impact exercises using various equipment to challenge your physical and mental determination.

degree heat (infra-red) to make sure that you get the sweat on!
Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 Hatha Yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in intense 40 degree heat (infra-red) to work every single muscle, tendon, ligament and internal organ of the body.Breath is used as a guiding force and draws deeply in mental focus to create a 90 minute open-eye moving meditation. Suitable for all ages and levels of ability.
The traditional 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in 40 degree heat (infra-red) condensed into a 60 minute class - good for the time-poor. Postures are held that little bit longer, you will still reap the benefits of a Bikram Yoga practice.
Yin Balance Release Yoga
In this restorative Yin Yoga class enjoy a deep stretch including all major and minor muscle groups designed to increase flexibility allowing for greater range of movement. Postures are held for for a period of time to find depth, focus here is to rebalance and realign.
Full Body HIIT / Hot Full Body HIIT*
Low-impact High Intensity Interval Training. Short bursts of energy followed by short periods of rest to boost metabolism, build lean muscle and burn fat. This is a 45 minute full-body intense work-out. Modifications always on offer for beginners wanting to build on their strength.

30 x 30 / Hot 30 x 30*
A 30 minute themed class. The focus is on the abs along with upper-body (back, chest, shoulders and arms) or lower-body (legs and glutes). We work through 30 exercises, no repeats for 30 minutes. These short, energetic classes really pack a punch!
